Depending on the specific service provider, this commission (service fee) can be up to 10% of the total amount collected. Financial and service providers mean: various banks, payment terminals, mobile operators, mobile applications, etc. At the next stage, according to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society” and the “Charter of the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society”, up to 10% of the amount actually received on our bank account can be used to pay technical expenses. Under technical costs are meant: preparation, implementation, development, updating and maintenance of databases and other software; rental of official domains owned by AzQAC, payment for hosting, security certificates (SSL), provision of bulk SMS and e-mail; the implementation, development, updating and maintenance of the business email system and other similar expenses are taken into account.
